Amy White December 17, 1953 - June 8, 2024 Amy White, 70, of Eureka, IL, passed away at 12:49 a.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at The Loft Nursing Home in Eureka. She was born on December 17, 1953, in Peoria, IL, a daughter of her former parents Louis R. and Dorothy Crossman White of Eureka. Survivors include one brother, Stewart R. White of Eureka; several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one nephew. Amy is a graduate from Eureka High School and Illinois Central College. After graduating she was employed at Illinois Central College in East Peoria. She had numerous positions within the college as a secretary in negotiations with the faculty and carpenters, economic development, college insurance and employment relations/affirmation action. She was most recently an administrative assistant in the ICC Educational Foundation Office, Foundation Board of Directors and ICC Student Housing LLC Board of Managers. She retired from Illi
