Witzig, 101, formerly of Gridley, Ill., died Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at her daughter's residence in Carmel, Ind.Marjorie was born April 20, 1923 in Gridley to George M. and Louise V. Grusy Gramm. She married Elmer E. Witzig on October 21, 1945 in Gridley, Ill. He died November 9, 2016.Surviving family includes their four children, Roger (Elaine) Witzig of Gridley, Ill.; Virginia (late Eric) Zeller of Carmel, Ind.; Curtis (Norma) Witzig of Gridley; Edith "Edie" (Ronald) Bollier of Greenfield, Ind.; 20 grandchildren; 84 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer; four brothers, Harold, Robert, Herbert, Donald; one sister, Mildred; and two grandchildren.Marjorie overflowed with love, kindness, gentleness and compassion.
